A member of CTS since 1992, Jean Knuteson has served as Church Administrator since the position was created in January 2002. Originally from Wisconsin, she holds a Masters Degree in Management from the University of Mary, Bismarck, North Dakota. Jean brings a heart for service to this position, in her words; “It is a privilege and a pleasure to work with so many willing servants. I love to watch God bringing special gifts and teams of people together. It is a very formative time for the church and it is exciting to be a part of it.”
The Church Administrator works closely with Property, Personnel, Finance, Faith & Finance and Communication teams in the Administration area, as well as serves a meeting facilitator for the Board of Leaders and Visioning Body. Jean feels that; “Good communication, well thought out policies and procedures, and planned management of resources and people helps all ministry areas to be the most efficient and effective they can be in conducting God’s ministry work through the church.”
