VBS Registration 2013 Complete and sign all information requested on the form and return with full payment to children’s staff or Main Office. Medical consent and release must be signed. Full payment is due at the time of registration, put VBS in memo section of check. Space is limited. Preference will be given to children of volunteers. VBS.2013.KingdomRock.Registration.doc
VBS Youth Volunteer 2013 Complete and sign all information requested on the form and return with full payment to the children’s staff or Main Office. Code of Conduct must be signed by student and parent. Medical consent and release must be signed by parent. Jr. and Sr. Crew Leader spots are limited (16 each, 32 total). There are a variety of ways youth can serve and use their gifts in VBS. Youth do not have to be Crew Leaders and may choose other areas of VBS than crew leading to serve.
