How Budgetwise works?
You sit down with your family and determine how much you are spending on items such as groceries, gasoline, clothing and entertainment. After determining your budget, you purchase SCRIP cards through the church in designated amounts and use them just like cash at retailers or online. You will have available an extensive list of retailers who participate in SCRIP.
What is the benefit of Budgetwise?
By pre-purchasing the amounts you intend to spend through Budgetwise you can better manage your finances. There is no cost to you to participate in Budgetwise. By using SCRIP cards for budgeted purchases you will make your family more budget conscious and also financially benefit Christ the Savior. When you purchase SCRIP cards through Budgetwise, the retailer donates a percentage (2-17%) of each card to Christ the Savior.
