Whether new in the faith or a lifelong Christian each one of us is challenged to take the next step to grow closer to Christ. We are all on a spiritual journey to become more Christ-like and each person’s journey is uniquely theirs. The good news is that we do not journey alone; we have the support and encouragement of other believers.  

So, we are all on a spiritual journey and we are not alone…What does that really mean?

When we talk about Spiritual growth we mean consciously taking steps to grow closer to Christ, having a relationship with HIM and learning how to live life, guided by the Holy Spirit, in a way that draws others closer to Him.  This is an opportunity to ask questions and search deep into what God is saying through the Bible. It is a way to study the scriptures so you aren’t just learning facts, but how you can apply God’s principles to your everyday life.

Do we have the answer to every question, no, we do not, but we have found that great wisdom often emerges through asking the right questions, rather than finding the right answers.  God isn’t so interested in what we’re not, but He is definitely interested in what we’re willing to become.
