Noah's Ark Preschool began in 1995, as a Parent's Day Out program offered two days a week.  Three years later, given its popularity and the fact that more than a play place was provided, Noah's Ark Preschool was 'born' and has been growing and changing for the better ever since.  A Parent's Day Out is still offered on Wednesdays for ages two and three.
 
As Director, Linda Fenimore's vision is that the program will have an effect on every child's life to make it better and that they learn in a loving and God-graced environment.  Gentle handling is a must for both parent and child.  "It is a success story when they arrive crying the first day and with gentleness and kindness, by the next week they like coming back."  What does she say one of her many God-blessed moments has been?  "The year we became so big that our Christmas program had to be moved to the Community Life Center.  I never imagined that would happen."

Noah’s Ark Preschool provides opportunities for a secure, fun and loving education that is biblically based and enhances Christian growth for children and their families.
 
General Information
Noah’s Ark Preschool provides an opportunity for young children to be educated and cared for by qualified Christian care givers.  During Preschool hours parents are free to pursue personal interests, confident that their children are in a safe, loving environment. 
 
The Preschool program runs from September through May, for children ages 2 thru PreKindergarten.   (Your child must be the appropriate age by August 1st.)
 
This is a flexible program of activities to encourage  and support the child’s individual needs socially, emotionally, intellectually, physically and spiritually.  Each day they create art, hear stories, sing songs, visit the playground or gym, eat a lunch or snack and have plenty of time for supervised free play.  Through play, your child is developing self-confidence and creativity.

Sessions offered and respective fees are listed below.  In addition, an annual craft fee of $30.00 is required on the first day of school.  Please check with the Preschool office to see which sessions are available.

1 Day per week:

How to register
Request for enrollment may be made anytime by completing and returning an enrollment request form.  Completion of the enrollment request form places an individual on a wait list for the current year only.  No fee is required for the wait list.       
 
Registration for the next school year begins January 1st.  Registration forms may be obtained from the website or by contacting the Preschool Office.  All forms are due by January 31st.  Names will then be drawn at our Preschool Advisory Panel Meeting in February.   After the Panel Meeting you will be notified as to whether or not your child has been accepted into the program.
     
A $30.00 (non-refundable) registration fee is required when your child is accepted into the program.  For questions or additional information, please contact the  Noah’s Ark Preschool Office at (317) 842-5649 ext. 240.
